About Us
Lisa & Gerry Breneman, Founders
Gerry grew up in southern Lancaster County. His lifelong career in construction gives him valuable insights into nearly anything related to that field. Gerry has built new homes and restored homes – doing much of the work himself. He loves to work, and understands the unique challenges of construction-related work.
Lisa is originally from Michigan. Her real estate career started in 1980. As a Certified Residential Specialist, Lisa has represented multiple single family home communities. She assisted in the development and marketing of the communities, along with assisting clients in the construction and design of their homes. Her years of experience in new home construction has allowed her the privilege of working with hundreds of clients over the years in both buying and selling homes.
Both Gerry and Lisa enjoy helping clients, sharing their experience as you go forward gracefully and confident. The decisions are yours. Lisa and Gerry are able to provide guidance to help you take the next steps forward.
